Conditions of Use
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ce44 platform and all services offered through ce44.app. By creating an account or placing any wager on ce44, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Only players aged 18 years or above may register and wager on ce44. Age verification is mandatory and may be requested at any point. Accounts confirmed to belong to minors are suspended immediately.
Each individual may hold only one active ce44 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses claimed across them.
All games on the ce44 platform are supplied by certified providers whose random number generation software is independently audited. Game outcomes are never manipulated, and published RTP figures are accurate.

1.Definitions & Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Familiarity with these definitions will help you understand your rights and obligations as a ce44 player.

Section 2
2.Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the ce44 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account or placing any wager on ce44, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active.
- You are at least 18 years of age. Real-money gaming on ce44 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. This requirement is non-negotiable and will be enforced without exception.
- You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
- You are not acting on behalf of any third party in placing wagers or making deposits or withdrawals.

ce44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Such documents may include a national ID card, passport, driving licence, or such other documents as ce44 may reasonably require. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ce44 may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.Account Registration & Security
To access real-money gaming on ce44, you must register a player account by providing accurate and complete personal information as requested on the registration form. You are obligated to keep all account information current and to notify ce44 promptly if any details change.
One account per player. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the ce44 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds held within them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ce44 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been carried out by you, regardless of whether you personally authorised it, unless you have notified us of unauthorised access in advance.
- Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other website or service.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number where available.
- Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared device.
- Contact ce44 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
ce44 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform pages and transactions. Player funds are held separately from operational funds. Session inactivity timeouts are applied automatically after a defined period of no activity. These technical measures are provided as a layer of protection, but they do not diminish your personal responsibility to keep your credentials secure.

4.Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All player account balances on ce44 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through the payment methods made available on the platform at the time of the transaction. ce44 currently supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
Deposits. The minimum deposit amount via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your ce44 account balance in real time or within a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit has not been credited within that timeframe, please contact our support team with proof of the transaction.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within five (5) minutes of the request being submitted, subject to verification status. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days to clear, depending on the receiving institution. ce44 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for high-value requests or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC verification.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the same ce44 account, unless ce44 expressly approves an alternative method in writing.
- ce44 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (e.g., bKash, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which ce44 accepts no responsibility.
- Transactions denominated in foreign currencies will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. ce44 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
- ce44 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending verification of identity, source of funds, or compliance with bonus wagering requirements.
Section 5
5.Bonus & Promotion Terms
ce44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.
Welcome Bonus. New players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a 100% matched bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available once per player and once per household, device, and IP address. To claim the welcome bonus, the deposit must meet the minimum qualifying amount stated in the offer at the time it is promoted.
Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds — including matched deposit bonuses and winnings from free spins — are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of associated funds can be processed. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to satisfy the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.
- Bonus funds and real-money funds are used separately. Real-money funds are used first in all wagering activity.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) compared to slots (typically 100%). The contribution rates for each game category are published in the promotion's specific terms.
- Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with active bonus funds. Placing bets above the stated maximum bet while bonus funds are active may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as permitted under the terms of the specific promotion.
- ce44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, where required by operational or regulatory considerations.

6.Game Rules & Fair Play
The ce44 platform hosts casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and crash games supplied by third-party certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game and betting market is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible directly within the game interface or sportsbook market. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing a wager.
Random Number Generation. All slot games, table games, and number-based games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The output of RNG-based games is statistically independent on each round — no prior result has any bearing on any future result. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all slots and table games and reflect long-run theoretical averages over millions of game rounds.
Sports Betting. Odds for all sports betting markets, including BPL cricket, T20 World Cup, IPL, and international football, are set by ce44 or its data providers and are subject to change at any time before a market closes. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, the odds at the time of placement apply. ce44 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the integrity of the underlying event is compromised, or where the bet was placed after the event's outcome was known.
- In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be voided and the wager refunded to the player's account balance.
- ce44 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules, misreading of odds, or inadvertent placement of a wager.
- Game histories and transaction records are available within your ce44 account dashboard. These records are the definitive reference in the event of any dispute.
- Any attempt to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings.
Section 7
7.User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the ce44 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the ce44 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities.
- Fraud and money laundering. Using the ce44 platform for any fraudulent purpose, including money laundering, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Collusion. Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer games and poker variants, is prohibited.
- Use of automated tools. Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets or interact with the platform is prohibited.
- Chargebacks. Initiating a payment chargeback in bad faith — particularly where the deposit was made, the funds were wagered, and a dispute is raised without legitimate grounds — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure.
- Unauthorised account access. Accessing any ce44 account other than your own, or assisting a third party to do so, is prohibited.
- Providing false information. Submitting false or misleading identity, age, or payment information at any stage of the registration or verification process is prohibited and constitutes fraud.
- Harassment. Any abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct directed at ce44 staff or other players via any communication channel is prohibited.
ce44 monitors platform activity continuously. Accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with prohibited conduct will be flagged for review. During a review, ce44 may suspend the account and withhold pending withdrawals until the investigation is complete. ce44 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player in writing.
Section 8
8.Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the player. You may request the closure of your ce44 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, ce44 will process any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, provided all identity verification requirements have been met. Bonus funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been satisfied.
Suspension or closure by ce44. ce44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
- A player is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- A player is found to be under the age of 18.
- A player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- ce44 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- A player has been subject to a self-exclusion request and attempts to re-register.
- ce44 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or an order from a competent authority.
Where ce44 closes an account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining — including real-money funds — may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no fraudulent activity has occurred, real-money funds will be returned to the player. Bonus funds will be forfeited in all cases of breach.
Self-exclusion. Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available in the ce44 account dashboard.
